The matte release film adopts manual and mechanical cutting methods. Regardless of the matte release film being cut, it must be operated in a dust-free, constant temperature, and humidity free working environment. Operators must wear dust-free protective equipment and their skin must not come into direct contact with the product.
Mechanical cutting of matte release film often uses a flat tension cutting machine. The biggest advantage of flat load cutting and matte release film cutting is its adjustable size and fast speed. A machine can cut up to 30000 pieces per day with accurate accuracy.
The flat cutting machine must place one or two demagnetizing rods, one on the cutting edge and the other at the feeding location. The demagnetizing rod must be in contact with the ground, otherwise it will not work.
In addition, the flat tension cutting machine is also designed with 4-6 sticky dust wheels, and the sticky dust film is placed on the sticky dust wheel to remove dust from the matte release film. After a period of use, the dust film on the dust wheel will be replaced. It is recommended that the viscosity of the sticky dust film be around 30 grams, not too large, otherwise the machine will not rotate. It cannot be too small, it cannot remove dust.
